Anyone have suggestions for gym motivation? I get so excited about it while I'm at work- then by the end of the day I'm just desperate to go home and veg. Once I walk in my door there's no hope for getting me back out again.
I can't let myself go home first. Once I see my couch, I'm a gonner.
I really like to go in the morning, because it sets the stage for the whole day. But with my summer work schedule, that is a lot easier for me than other people.
But when I was working in an office, I brought my gym bag with me and went straight to the gym after work.
Also, what about signing up for classes? I've found working with a trainer so helpful because it keeps me accountable. For August, when I won't have a trainer any more, I plan on signing up for classes.
